Is CamboCity.com safe for ordering?

ABSOLUTELY! At CamboCity.com, all of your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it can not be read by anyone over the internet. All credit card information is immediately encrypted upon receipt and authenticated through our SSL protocol. We authenticate and encrypt datas using a 128-bit SSL communication. Sophisticated encryption layers are employed with every transaction and ensure your personal datas cannot be accessed by any unauthorised person.

Why Was My Order Not Shipped Today?

All new orders placed during the week days are shipped within one business day (no orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday will go out on Monday). Orders placed by phone, fax, or mail, we make every attempt to ship your order within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Actual delivery time is longer. Continental US please allow 7-10 business days, outside the Continental US, delivery time depends on the shipping address. On orders placed by personal check, please allow two to three weeks. For seasonal periods, please allow 10-14 business days.

Why Charge US dollars?

At this time we are only able to process orders in US dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.

Credit Card Orders

When using our shopping service, you may use American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders to almost anywhere in the world. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

COD Orders

COD orders are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returning Merchandise

When you receive your order, our contact information will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

Your order must be returned to us within 14 days in order to receive full product credit; your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact us for help or assistance in processing a return.

Merchandise will be accepted for exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Our contact information will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Refunds or Cancellations

Every product sold by CamboCity.com is guaranteed for quality. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of one or more purchased products, he or she may return the product within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of the same purchase price minus shipping costs. To qualify for am exchange, the customer must the merchandise in its original, unopen package. CamboCity.com honors all requests for order Cancellations received prior to the product shipment. Downloaded products cannot be returned, defective products delivered via download qualify for replacement or store credit only.

Order Questions or Changes

If you have placed an order recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible.
