Shipping Policy

We ship the majority of our online orders within 1 business day (unless otherwise specified) from the date your order is received and ship by USPS Ground or Priority Mail from our Skokie, IL center. Most orders shipped by Ground to addresses within the continental United States are generally received by our customers within 7-10 business days from shipment date.

Orders received AFTER 3pm CST will ship next business day.

If You Receive the Wrong Item

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly. Please read more about our replacement and exchange policy.

Out-of-Stock & Back Order

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
